I’m in love. That sounds stupid as hell when using it in the context of a modern electronic device, but here we are. It’s the reality. Limitless Innovations packed some hilariously ridiculous stuff into the Elite 15,000mAh power bank that’s the subject of this review today. I say that because it’s packed to the brim with features, almost like they just wanted to keep stuffing the thing with more and more. I imagine a board room of people throwing out zany ideas for how to lengthen the features list for this thing, executives proclaiming “Eureka” when there’s a hit, the room erupting in claps and cheer, and the list growing bulbous and, frankly, unnecessary. But it’s also hilarious because all of it really comes together well and it’s fantastic.
Let’s back up a little. In June, earlier this year, I reviewed another Limitless power bank albeit with 10,000mAh — less battery life. That power bank did something ingenious. The USB-C cable, and the Lighting cable, were integrated into the power bank. It still has USB ports where you can connect other cables if you need to, but if you’re traveling and you forget them for whatever reason, you’re still good to go. It’s just super convenient and after using it for a while I got to the point where I wouldn’t have it any other way. I did like it, but I felt like 10,000mAh in power was just a tad too small for my needs.
Limitless Elite 15,000 power bank
The Limitless Elite power bank for this review is similar. But it has a bunch of other cool shit built-in that just flat out trumps the previous model. I’ve been using it daily since I got it to power everything and anything like a freaky mad scientist and I don’t know if I can go back to a life where I don’t have it. It’s that remarkable. It’s also something that I’m going to give to pretty much everyone I know, and I do mean all the people. Power bank gifts for everyone. You get a bank, and you get a bank, and you get a bank, and you get the idea.
If you don’t already have a drink and snack in hand — what the hell are you doing, anyway — then go get something and let’s discharge this Limitless Elite power bank like Thor the god of thunder. Or Raiden. Raiden is cool too.
All the bells and whistles

The best question to start this whole charade is what doesn’t the Limitless Elite 15,000mAh power bank have? Because, alright, let’s just pull off the band-aid. You get:
- Two USB Type-A ports on the top
- A USB-C port on the side
- A built-in retractable USB-C cable
- A built-in Lightning cable
- A wireless charger on the front
- A standard two-prong AC plug
- 25 Lumens flashlight
- A rear pop-out kickstand
- A slide-out phone stand on the bottom
- A matching faux leather case with lanyard
Plus, it comes with a 36-inch Type-C to USB cable in the box. Like I said, absolutely ridiculous, but also in a good way.
How do these things actually work in the real world?

By miles, the best feature isn’t what you’d expect. It’s that built-in two prong AC adapter. Why? Because when you need to charge this Limitless Elite power bank you simply flip down the connectors and plug it right into an outlet. That’s it. You don’t need extra cables, adapters or special plugs, unless you’re in the UK. It’s fucking awesome, especially when traveling. Visit a hotel, plug it in. Stay at an Airbnb, plug it in. No power in the house? No problem, plug it right into a power station. Sometimes, I think I just plug it in places to see what’s going to happen, I don’t even care if it’s charging. That’s a bad habit.

The phone stand on the bottom slides out, and with the kickstand on the back open, it essentially props up the power bank and you can set your phone against it — to charge wirelessly while they chill. It’s a really smart setup and it works well. In fact, I’m surprised at how well it works because I half-expected the power bank to topple over when tasked with the weight of my Galaxy S25 Ultra. To prove I’m not full of shit, I snapped a picture of this in action. Enjoy.
The other features are straightforward. The Qi wireless charger works great. Although one caveat I ran into was when I plugged into USB for faster charging, I accidentally set my phone down on top of the power bank, even in its case, and it swaps to wireless charging. That’s definitely a me issue, but it’s worth mentioning. I’ve done it a few times, and it’s a mistake I’ll keep making. Nevertheless, the USB cables, ports, and the wireless charger all work as expected. This power bank supports GaN for faster-charging with PD 20-watt and 18-watt quick outputs. That’s nerdspeak for fast-charging capabilities.
Normally, I go with a sleek all-black or gunmetal color for gadgets. But they sent me a tan color and I really like it. The case is sexy, too.
Limitless Elite 15,000mAh power bank: Any caveats?

I’m not saying it’s perfect, and I already mentioned that small hiccup with the wireless and wired charging swaps, but I have not encountered anything else that makes me want to stop using this power bank. In fact, I use it daily, inside and outside, at home and away.
I never use the Lightning cable but I understand why it’s there. The USB-C cable, on the other hand, is a godsend. Both built-in cables are retractable and you just pull them all the way out to release them when you want them folded back into place. You wouldn’t believe how easy it is to forget cables at home as an absent-minded ADHD geek. You can charge a bunch of devices at once, and the wireless charger on the front still works while gadgets are plugged into USB.
The 15,000mAh size, for me, is almost perfect. It’s not so much that the power bank is bulky and a pain in the ass to carry, but not so small that I feel like I’m charging it all the time because I drained it again and again. It works to power my phone, my Steam Deck, my various gadgets, including my RG505, my Teufel speaker, my electric arc lighters, my PS5 controllers, I could just keep listing stuff here but I won’t. You can charge most devices a few times to full before the bank itself has to be replenished. For example, the Galaxy S25 Ultra has a 5,000mAh battery, so you could recharge it about three times, definitely two. The fast charging outputs enough power to charge a smartphone from 50% in about 45 minutes to an hour in most cases. Quick charges give you plenty of juice to keep going in a battery emergency.
Versus other power banks

I also own a few other power banks, like the previous Limitless 10K, and an Anker 20K which does not support fast-charging. That’s my fault for not looking for something with PD delivery when I originally ordered. But it doesn’t charge my Steam Deck fast enough, and when charging phones and tablets, it takes a while. It’s not the best to compare the Limitless Elite to, there are other comparable power banks with PD support.
But what stands out the most when stacked up against competing products is just how much the Limitless offers. It wins by miles on that front. A kickstand, a phone stand, a flashlight, built-in cables, a built-in AC adapter to plug right into the wall, a matching case, a lanyard, extra ports, and much more. Sure, I can’t ask it to make me a sandwich, but for a portable power accessory, this is one badass little piece of machinery. And that Anker? It’s basically a brick with some electricity.
What’s the verdict, and the price?
The exclusive color I have came from a QVC sale, and I’m not sure when or if that’s going to happen again. QVC often offers things as a one-time-only deal, and then after the sale the prices go back up until the items are sold out, and that’s all she wrote. However, you can get the all-black model at Limitless directly and through Amazon.
I’ve said it twice already and I’ll say it again, I use this thing daily. Every. Single. Day. I charge a ton of my gear, it’s super convenient to be able to plug it right into an outlet when it needs to charge, and the fast-charging keeps my essential gadgets running. The Steam Deck battery sucks sometimes and this power bank makes it better. It’s also travel-friendly, especially with the included case and lanyard and everything built-in.
I would absolutely recommend this power bank to anyone that needs one. MSRP is about $120 but I’ve seen it a lot cheaper, and I’m sure you will too. I don’t know that I would spend $120, but if you find a price about half of that you’re golden. Gonna be, gonna be golden.
