Centr Fusion Bench is a multi-functional workout bench for use with free weights that also includes built-in dumbbell storage and resistance band hooks. It’s a great option for those with limited space or anyone that likes a minimalistic design.

It’s been a long time since I’ve lived in an apartment, my wife and I have owned our house for almost a decade now. But I still remember how tight things could get when you wanted to install, say, a workout system. Heck, things are still tight now in a house if you can believe it. We could put one in our garage, but that takes up a lot of space, and I like to park at least one car in there. I’m not complaining, mind you, just pointing out how much space the average workout system can take up, especially a cable-based machine. I’ve always been more of a free weights guy myself, though. That’s precisely why I’m intrigued by the Centr Fusion Bench. It’s a multi-functional weight bench that includes a unique design but also space inside to stow your gear.

To clarify, a built-in dumbbell rack can hold up to six pairs of weights underneath the bench. It also has integrated attachments for resistance bands and accessories. That way, you can minimize clutter and stow your workout equipment. Above all, it features a compact footprint that’s excellent for smaller spaces. Even with the heavy-duty steel frame you can move it around pretty easily, too.

What makes the Centr Fusion bench different from other options?

As a bench, the Centr Fusion offers three seat pad positions and six back pad positions so you can adjust to whatever exercise you’re planning to do. Obviously, that means it functions like a standard bench press bench with an incline backrest. The built-in dumbbell system is all tucked away underneath the bench top. There’s additional storage at the back for kettlebells, balls, bands, or whatever else you use. Hook anchors allow you to set up resistance bands using the actual bench as a foundation. Meanwhile, wheels on the front and a handle on the back make moving it around your rooms easier.

The weights aren’t included. You have to buy those separately. But you could start with just the bench and do workouts without weights if you’re on a tighter budget. Upright rows, lunges, chest presses, and shoulder presses are just a few quick examples of what you could do with this bench.

To me, it’s more of a bonus than a selling point, but every purchase from Centr also includes three months of premium access to a digital membership. You can check out exercise guidance, mindfulness sessions, and other resources. All of that is available through Centr’s fitness app.

Who is it for?

Anyone active with limited space, like in an apartment, condo or small home. This bench doesn’t take up much room and offers functional storage to reduce clutter.
