When I’m recommending deals and gear to shop, I try to stick to items that are useful, and by that, I mean something I would also use regularly in my life. Pound for pound, tools are some of the most useful items I have and versatile tools. I’m talking screwdrivers, project kits, hammer drills, scrubbing wands for cleaning, tire pressure pumps, measuring tapes, rotary tools, you name it.
HOTO is at the top of the list, for me, for some of the most useful yet often overlooked gear I have around the house. I’ve been reviewing the HOTO Wand, full review coming, but that’s an excellent example. That’s not the sole reason I’m recommending the brand either. But all of this droning on is just to say that I would shop HOTO’s regular gear any day because of how useful it is. So, with Prime Day deals available, it’s an even better time to capitalize on what they have to offer.

My top pick: SNAPBLOQ System — $220, was $300

HOTO SNAPBLOQ is a precision tool kit for tinkerers, gadget lovers and DIYers, that includes several individual but interlocking cases and sets. There’s the screwdriver master set, with an electric screwdriver and bits, the mini rotary set, with attachments, and the electrical mini drill set with drill bits. They each serve a purpose. But also, future sets will be able to connect and link up in the same way, and if you have a 3D printer, you can make your own sets. Pretty damn cool.
