Neurable’s MW75 Neuro LT is a pair of audiophile-grade headphones that also include brain-tracking sensors to give you insights into your mental health. They offer daily checks of brain readiness, cognitive strain detection for stress, weekly brain age tracking and more.

There are a lot of audio and headphone options out there. Heck, on Techigar you’ll find a lot of previously covered devices. But I can honestly say, you won’t find anything quite like this next pair. The Neurable MW75 Neuro LT smart headphones are your standard pair of over-ear audiophile-grade headphones with excellent sound. But what makes them stand out is they also have unique sensors to track your brain health and tell you all about what’s going on inside your head. Crazy, right?

Developed by an experienced neuroscientist and backed by “10+ years of research,” they can tell you all sorts of things about your brain as you’re wearing them. Namely, they include a series of checks, like a daily cognitive snapshot of your brain readiness or an anxiety resilience score to tell you how you’re holding up against some pretty brutal anxiety. The tagline is: Stress less. Think faster. Avoid burnout. Age better. Honestly, it’s a pretty cool idea, and while they are $499, that’s about the same price as a high-grade pair of headphones, so it tracks. That’s less than a brand new pair of Apple AirPods Max.

What kind of brain health insights can the MW75 Neuro LT headphones give you?

Nevermind the awkward video, it’s really there so you can get a feel for how these headphones, modeled after your everyday variety, can really improve your lifestyle. Having real-time insights about what’s going on in your brain could definitely come in handy during those stressful moments. Crunch time while working, studying for that big test, or just being creative and letting the mind wander. All insights are served through a personalized dashboard in a mobile companion app.

They support wireless Bluetooth 5.2 with AAC, aptX adaptive, and SBC support. Moreover, these headphones have a USB-C digital connection and a standard 3.5mm analog connection for when you need to use that. Three noise cancellation modes are onboard, including adaptive, max and all-day for extended battery life, all forms of ANC, along with four ambient modes — awareness, natural, voice and adaptive. Those keep you aware of your surroundings when you’re out and about and still wearing the headphones. Also, Neurable says the battery should last about 10 hours with the EEG sensors and ANC turned on.

  • Get a two-minute cognitive snapshot: A quick daily check of brain readiness for deep work or lighter tasks.
  • Real-time cognitive strain detection: Sends alerts when you’re overexerting mentally, so you can take restorative breaks.
  • Weekly brain age tracking: See how your daily habits influence long-term brain vitality.
  • Anxiety resilience scores: Measures how effectively your brain handles stress, helping build resilience.

Not going to lie, I kind of want a pair just to see how wild my brain is.

Who is it for?

Audiophiles, sound purists, headphone collectors. If you want a really nice pair of headphones that are built well, sound fantastic, but also offer a little extra — brain health tracking — these are for you.
