Loxx Boxx gives you and package couriers a safe place to drop and store packages when you’re not home. Parcels stay secure from theft, you get notifications and remote access, and they also stay dry and protected from the elements until you can retrieve them.
The holiday shopping season is coming, and it’s coming up fast. That also means you’ll be ordering a bunch of stuff, getting new packages and deliveries, from Amazon or other stores. If those packages wait on your doorstep for any amount of time, while you’re at work, school, or elsewhere, there’s a high likelihood that someone might come along and nab them. Porch pirates are a real problem. But if there were a secure place to stow those packages, things would be a different story. A well-placed Loxx Boxx could stop those pesky pirates in their tracks.
Loxx Boxx is an innovative, smart, and secure delivery system and storage box. Not only does it keep your packages tucked away and hidden but also dry when there’s inclement weather. You don’t have to worry about rescheduling deliveries or rushing home to get them, the packages receive no extra damage, there’s no stress about theft, and you gain peace of mind. It’s app-connected, too, so you get real-time alerts, updates, and have remote access when you need it. Sure, they work great at home, but they work just as well outside businesses, too — like your small business. Protect your packages from pirates wherever you are.
How does Loxx Boxx stop porch pirates?
There are different sizes, but I’m partial to the large Loxx Boxx with a solar panel built-in. The box itself is constructed out of steel with tamper-proof security. Once it’s opened, and a package is dropped in, it automatically locks after. You’ll also receive real-time tamper alerts through the mobile app. If someone is messing with the box and trying to open it, you’ll know. That allows you to check your security cameras, for example, if you have some installed and facing the box.
Major carriers can have automated or programmable codes, which allow them to drop in packages when they get to your home. Access is quick, simple, and won’t bog down the delivery couriers either. The box also anchors in place via a mount, which is included. That stops thieves from picking it up and walking away with the whole box, if it’s one of the smaller versions.
You can lock and unlock remotely via Bluetooth and mobile, manage up to 25 programmable codes for friends and family, share access with neighbors, track deliveries, schedule UPS pickups and much more. Loxx Boxx says it’s not just a box, “it’s a smart mailroom,” and with the features mentioned, I’m inclined to agree.
