Doesn’t it make sense that any contaminants your water contains will affect your skin and body? According to Weddell Water, its Duo shower filter removes 99% of chlorine, PFAS and particulates. That will improve skin hydration and scalp health.
Most people drink filtered water in their homes, whether through a filtration system on their sink faucet or a built-in filtration system in their refrigerator. It makes sense. But what about filtering the water that comes into contact with our bodies? Enter the Weddell Duo shower filter. It’s long-lasting, capable of filtering up to 8,000 gallons before the internal filters need to be replaced. Also, when it’s time for that, the filters are accessible and reasonably priced — it’s $30 for a set of replacement cartridges.
But let’s talk about this filter. It’s easy to install and goes between your shower head and the shower faucet or pipe. Just remove your shower head, attach the Weddell Duo and then reattach your shower head. That’s it. It’s NSF ANSI 177 and NSF/ANSI/CAN 372 certified, as well as IAMPO verified. It comes in three colors, including black, white and pink. It’s also safe for both renters and homeowners.
I will say, I have not used this filter or system specifically, but I do have a showerhead that has a shower filter built-in. The water coming out feels much softer on the skin and it does help with some of my dry skin and scalp issues. Take that as you will.

Who is it for?
Anyone that wants cleaner, healthier skin and hair might consider this dual-cartridge shower filtration system. Weddell Water claims it removes 99% of chlorine, PFAS, and particulates. Plus, it’s NFS certified for performance in flow rates, capacity and contaminant reductions.
