It’s hard to believe that for less than $500 you can get your hands on a super intelligent, reliable and affordable robot vacuum and mop combo that can take over cleaning for you, completely, for up to 60 days.
The 3i G10+ — from 3itech — is an impressively capable robot vacuum and mop combo and the first to have debris compression technology — more on what that is in a bit. It also has a ton of smart features packed in, with up to 60 days of hands-free cleaning. The self-empty station continues to remove debris from the dust tray so it can keep cleaning. But while all of that is great, I’m more enamored with the price. You get all the 3i G10+ has to offer for less than $500, $450 actually at full price. I can name a few comparable brands that would charge over $800, probably even close to $1,200 for something like this.
What else can the 3i G10+ affordable robot vacuum and mop do?
The G10+ has more than a few cool features of note. For example, powerful edge-to-edge cleaning with an extendable brush, and up to 18,000 pascals of suction power. Then there’s the UV light sterilization for the collected debris, ultra-quiet operation, enhanced AI navigation, smart obstacle recognition and avoidance, and customizable carpet care.
To say this thing is “smart” is an understatement. It’s equipped with some pretty advanced AI, and dToF LiDAR navigation inherited from 3i’s flagship model, the S10 Ultra. But it also has a ton of features you’d find in way more expensive models, like auto mop lifting, suction boosting for low-pile carpets, cleaning schedules, no-go zones, Google Assistant and Alexa compatibility. Not to mention, the UV cleaning and the built-in debris compression system. What does that mean? 3i’s system uses a mechanical paddle to compact and compress dust and debris in the bin so it can hold up to 60 days worth of waste.
Then, of course, there are the smart app controls, which give you customization for those no-go zones, schedules, multi-level maps, remote access to start and stop the vacuum from anywhere, and much, much more. This is a tech blurb, and it’s supposed to be succinct, so we’re not going to keep talking about every single feature this smart vacuum and mop combo has baked in. You get the point, anyway. And damn, that price is really, really nice.
