These are the Prime Day deals I would shop and may already have. Updated: 7/11/2025 at 10 AM EST.
I have been on several commerce teams in the past where our goal was to publish deal and discount-focused content laden with affiliate links. By clicking on those affiliate links, and shopping, you are effectively generating revenue for the company. I was good at it, I still am, and helped generate millions in revenue. Hell, I even helped successfully push multi-million-dollar campaigns over the finish line. But in most of those roles, I didn’t have the freedom to select the brands and products I worked with. Now, at Techigar, I do.
Instead of covering every possible deal under the sun, or everything that’s even worth talking about, I’m only going to focus on some of the offers that I would shop personally. Why? Because look around. Every site you go to is covering Amazon Prime Day, and it’s insanity. Especially with the extension to four days this year, that’s all you’re going to be hearing about for the next week, maybe even longer.
I won’t lie and say I’m not using affiliate links. I am. But I’m not choosing products for that reason alone, I’m only including them where it makes sense. What’s more, I only have affiliate links to help maintain the site and make an honest living, I have no intentions of building million dollar media companies.
As for why you should listen to me and my recommendations, I’ve been doing this for over 17 years at this point. I have a little knowledge to impart. My prior deal guides were pretty big hits, as well.
Without further ado, let’s dig in.
Top Prime Day deals I would shop (or have already)

I won’t recommend products or deals that I wouldn’t shop myself. Bear in mind, however, that doesn’t necessarily mean every one of these deals is right for you and your family — you may not have the same experience as I do. We’re all different people and we have different priorities, preferences and needs.
I will continue updating this list throughout the four-day event, which is scheduled for July 8 through July 11.

BLUETTI Elite 200 V2 solar generator (2073.6Wh) — $699, was $1,699

I own the BLUETTI Elite 200 V2 solar generator, which is really a power station. I use it daily to power my work-from-home electronics, especially when I want to sit outside and get some fresh air. More importantly, it keeps all my mission critical gear powered during major outages from storms and hurricanes. Living in Florida, it’s a must-have for me and I believe everyone should have backup power options handy.

DEWALT 20V MAX cordless drill and impact driver combo — $149, was $259

I have a DEWALT set just like this drill combo and I absolutely love it. I use it almost weekly. They help when I hang fixtures, pictures, TVs, build furniture, you name it. Mine has a hammer drill versus an impact driver, which is a bit more expensive. That hammer drill helps me bore through tough materials like concrete, which comes in handy when hanging things on my back patio.
