The Sound Stick Pro from Pinned Golf is a magnetic Bluetooth speaker meant to attach effortlessly to any golf cart or golf bag. But it’s also a powerful golf companion with hole-to-hole course layouts, leaderboard tracking, and much more. It sounds great and is water-resistant, too.
There are a lot of Bluetooth speakers out there. I wouldn’t exactly call it a saturated market, but nevertheless, we consumers have a lot of choices. That’s why, sometimes, it’s good to see one that focuses on a particular audience or subset of features. The Fender x Teufel that I adore, does precisely that. It focuses on booming audio quality where others might focus on battery life or portability. The Sound Stick Pro from Pinned also applies, but it’s designed specifically for golfers and comes with a ton of cool features to help you out on the greens.
It’s a magnetic GPS speaker, which you can secure or fasten to the golf cart, that pairs with the Pinned app for some unique smart features. As a speaker, it delivers “crystal clear” sound, but also on-course insights presented via the built-in display. You can access full hole course views, live wager tracking, smart green yardages and, yes, it does have a premium subscription, but it sounds like the basic features are free — scorekeeping and touchscreen GPS access.
What else can the Sound Stick Pro magnetic Bluetooth speaker do?
This video is for the Sound Stick speaker, not the Pro version with the display.
It’s a Bluetooth speaker first and foremost, so you’ll be using it to jam out with your clubs out. A party mode allows you to connect up to 100 speakers across the course to keep the jams going from hole to hole. Imagine if you really had 100 speakers all synced up, that would be wild. But it’s also IPX7 water-resistant, so safe for use outdoors, and has a 10 hour plus battery life on a single charge. That’s enough for a full day out on the course and some drinks after. Don’t worry if it rains, you can still enjoy the music and drown out the pummeling drops.
That built-in magnet allows you to stick it to a golf cart, or anything metal. It can also be securely attached to a golf bag, ultimately keeping your hands free and allowing you to keep your strokes down, if you play good. It comes in multiple colors, too.
As of writing, they’re taking pre-orders, with shipments going out June 10th (2026).
