I know not everyone will agree, but I believe in aging gracefully and that’s how I plan to spend my older years. By that, I mean no botox, no fillers, no plastic surgery, but allowing my body to age the way it does naturally, wrinkles and all. Now, that doesn’t mean I’m not invested in skincare and keeping my body healthy. It just means I’m not opting for what I would call fakery and plastics.
But on the flip side, if I don’t want to look like a stale cheeto or raw piece of jerky, especially in Florida, I’ll need to take good care of my skin. Admittedly, I’m not the best at keeping up with stuff like that. I don’t always wear sunscreen when I should, I don’t put on oils and lotions daily and I don’t have a tried-and-true skincare regimen. I just wash my face with whatever special soaps my wife has lying around and call it a day. It has worked out pretty good up until now, but the more that aging changes my body, the more careful I’m going to have to be. Enter Man Labs and its excellent products for “distinguished gentlemen.”
They offer a few kits, but I took the Titan Anti-Aging Skincare set for a test drive. I’ve been using it off and on for a couple of months and wanted to share my experience.
Man Labs Titan Skincare Kit: What’s included?

Source: Briley Kenney / TechigarAs mentioned, there are several skincare kits available each with similar yet different types of products. They’re meant to be used in stages, which I’ll explain in more detail soon. In my kit, which is $100, you get three products: Titan Toning Cleanser, Titan Serum, and Titan Moisurizer Cream.
- Stage 1: Cleanser — While in the shower, you wash your face with this.
- Stage 2: Serum — When you get out, and your face is still damp, you apply the serum.
- Stage 3: Cream — Before the serum dries completely you apply the cream to “lock-in” the benefits.
All of the products are fairly straightforward to use. They come in pump bottles and you squirt a little onto your hands and then rub it on your skin. That’s about it. The Titan Sports Skincare Kit adds an extra step, an eye cream that you apply before the moisturizer. The Titan Oscar Skincare Kit swaps in eye gel.
How often are you supposed to use the Titan Skincare products?
Man Labs recommends using the “system,” including all three products in this kit, twice daily. Following that, you should have about a full two months supply of all three products.
I will note that I did not use the cleanser twice daily. Instead, I cleaned my face in the morning when I got in the shower and then applied the serum and moisturizer. In the evening, I would rinse my face and then reapply those two products.
What is the Titan Skincare kit supposed to do?

Source: Briley Kenney / TechigarFor starters, the system should help reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and creases. The serum specifically mentions reversing signs of premature aging within seven days. It also says it will significantly reduce fine lines and wrinkles within ten days.
Man Labs also says they should help improve skin firmness, making your face appear tighter and toner, while boosting elasticity and radiance of your skin. The nomenclature Man Labs uses for ingredients are antioxidants, caffeine, vitamins, minerals, and “essences” described as “anti-aging powerhouses.”
The list of main ingredients is right there in the product description on Mans Labs’ site. I won’t go over everything, but you can also see a more complete list there, as well. Notables are Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), Hyaluronic Acid, Ceramides, Phytosphingosine, Cholesterol Hydration, Chrysin, Palmitoyl Peptides 1, 7, and 5, 3-Glyceryl Ascorbate (Vitamin C), Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Adenosine, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Ceramides, Oat Proteins, and Camellia Sinensis (Black Tea).
I’m going to throw out the obvious. I’m not a doctor, I have no health or wellness expertise, and I’m not advising you to use these products. I would absolutely recommend discussing with a physician first before you try.
But, as always, my goal is to provide you with enough information about my experiences that you can make a more informed decision for yourself. Especially since Man Labs products are not cheap. Don’t mistake that as me saying they’re not worth the cost. But I can see why some would be hesitant to spend the money if they’ve never tried something like this.
Sharing my experience with the Titan Skincare Kit

Source: Briley Kenney / TechigarBefore anyone argues that I was using the system wrong, since I only used the cleanser once per day, I did see results and fairly quickly. I think it’s more about consistency and routine than it is about doing it perfectly as described in the instructions. I also refrained from using any other facial soaps, cleansers, creams, or moisturizers during my review period — so any visible results were not coming from other products.
The photos I’m sharing are not doctored or photoshopped in any way outside of increasing the brightness and white levels — RAW image formats can be a pain in the ass to share sometimes. More bluntly, I did not add smoothing, filters, adjust sharpness, or alter the photos with any texture or enrichment settings. Frankly, I don’t care if you buy anything from Man Labs, or any products mentioned on this site so this is not a ploy or ruse to boost revenue.
I have unequivocally noticed a difference. My face definitely seems more youthful, with healthier more radiant skin and most of the wrinkles that generally show up on my forehead are less pronounced and smoother. The real test will be how everything holds up when I stop using these products. I’ll do my best to come back and report on that later.
Simple but seemingly effective
That’s it, really. This isn’t a tech product, there are no specs or bells and whistles to go over. No features or functionality to test out. I simply used the Titan Skincare Kit for over two months and observed how it changed my skin. If you want to know amounts, specifically, I used about three to four pumps of each. That allotted to about a dime or nickel-sized dab with each use. They all have a distinct oatmeal smell to them, especially the cleanser and moisturizer. I do personally find that scent to be pleasant. You may not.
Would I continue to use these facial products in the future? Yes, but it also depends on finances. If I were to say, lose my job like I have in the past and had to cut down on expenses, these would be the kinds of expenses I would cut. But seeing as the kit offers up to a two months supply, and that’s modest, I was able to go longer with careful rationing, I don’t think cost would be a major issue for someone who really enjoys the benefits.
What’s the verdict, and the price?
Speaking strictly on the three products I used in my kit — the Titan Toning Cleanser, Titan Serum, and Titan Moisurizer Cream — I believe they work and have provided visual improvements to my skin. I used the system for over two months, mostly as directed. The only deviation was using the cleanser once per day, but the serum and moisturizer I used in the morning and at night.
Not that it necessarily matters, but the scent of these products is pleasant. They’re easy to rub on and apply generously, and they should blend well with most skin tones. I also didn’t feel like they cheaped out on the amounts included in each bottle — they lasted well over two months. I have noticed a difference. My wife has noticed a difference. Some other friends and family have also commented on my skin, so, I think it’s safe to say it does something.
Do I look like a teenager? No, definitely not. My skin looks more youthful and healthy but it didn’t do anything to change the overall appearance of age. This isn’t some magic Fountain of Youth spring water. I didn’t really want to look that much younger being honest but if that’s what you’re after, just know you’ll probably end up disappointed. That said, the Man Labs Titan products are a good way to keep your skin rejuvenated and get rid of some of those extra wrinkles, skin marks and blemishes.
